what can we do at everyday?

Acupuncture is only one way of many to stimulate your energy system, raise your vibrations, and improve your immune function. There are things you can do everyday.

Excess anxiety, frustration, and other forms of stress are known to suppress the immune system. Those emotions are real and are to be acknowledged and honored. Please also remember that stressful emotions can be counteracted and balanced with positive emotions. Specifically, gratitude, joy, love and humor. Those of you who have studied Spring Forest Qi Gong with me have heard me talk of the flip of the Dharma wheel, i.e. gratitude counteracts fear, etc.

I encourage you to spend some time each day with thoughts of gratitude, watching a funny or feel good movie, singing or playing music, enjoying the coming spring weather outdoors, grounding, or whatever makes you smile. All of this can be done while maintaining social distancing.

If you have a personal practice of Qi Gong, Yoga, and/or meditation, now is the time to make sure you are doing it everyday. This is the time these practices shine.

Lastly, don’t under estimate the value of eating well, staying hydrated and getting enough sleep. Again, we are living in a stressful time.
