An Invitation

Hello everybody,

I am writing this time with just a quick reference and invitation for you.

My Qi Gong teacher, Master Chunyi Lin, is doing a live short talk and Qi Gong session on Facebook at 9:00 am eastern time Mon-Fri for the next 3 weeks.  This is actually the second of two 30 day sessions since the start of the COVID-19 crises.  The 1st was so well received that he is continuing it at the request of many.  

I actually just found out about it myself the middle of last week and joined on Thursday and Friday. It is about 30 minutes and you don't need to know any Qi Gong. If you have done some Qi Gong with me you will recognize some of what he is doing. The awesome thing is that thousands of people from many countries are joining in and sending greetings. It is simply about health and sharing of love.  

My experience is that its pretty wonderful to be breathing  good energy with thousands of people from around the world.
